Akeeba eXtract Wizard 3.1

Akeeba eXtract Wizard is a program that will let you extract ZIP, JPA or JPS archives.
There are many utilities to extract ZIP files out there.

The advantage of this one is that it runs not only under Windows, but under Mac OS X and Linux, both in 32- and 64-bit systems. You can also extract JPA or JPS archives on any of these platforms.

The program allows you to perform the extraction in two simple steps.

You need to choose the archive to be extracted, and the path where you want the program to save the extracted files. If you are going to extract a password protected JPS archive, you can enter the needed password into the program, and it will use it.

If you want to simulate the extraction, without writing your files to the disk, you can check the "Dry Run" box.

Then, when you click on the "Next" button, the program completes the task.

Akeeba eXtract Wizard DOES NOT compress files into archives. It just extract files from archives. And it DOES NOT extract archives compressed in any other format than those indicated.
